Thanks to Jorge Fierro and his company Rico Brand for making this opportunity available.  The video above gives the background of how the project got started and why Jorge is passionate about giving back.  Jorge was homeless for a period of time and he gets the need.   Our family went to his warehouse and spent about 30 minutes making the burritos.  They had all the supplies ready for us to make the burritos quickly.  They had an escort for us to go around the downtown area and deliver over 100 burritos to those in need.   Our kids got an appreciation of seeing those that go without and how just a simple offer of food can greatly help someone out.
