Off The Couch sponsored a Womens Day on the Mountain up at Solitude Nordic Center. The day was spent learning how to cross country ski with an Olympian from the Nordic Center.  This all day event included a pass to use the cross country track at the Nordic Center, all equipment, and a beginner lesson from the Pro.  All who participated had a great adventure up on the mountain learning a new sport.  What an affordable way to experience the mountains in winter with friennds
