As part of our trip through Castle Country, this is must do for our family.   We love to golf and this golf course has the charm to make sure we book a tee time.  Just 4 miles west of Ferron, you will find Millsite Golf Course right next to the Millsite State Park.   This is a one-two combo activity for us.  Since we love to boat, we make sure we spend time at the nearby reservoir and take in nine holes of golf in the morning before we hit the lake.

The views are stunning in all directions.   This isn’t an easy course so make sure you take several balls.   With many holes, you have to lay up and not take too many chances.   You may lose your ball on a slice or hook over a cliff.   Bring out your Tier 2 balls for sure.
